Our 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is a delightful, lighter styled wine with distinctive Heathcote flavours. With savoury tastes, this complex and layered wine is made from grapes sourced from the cooler South-West corner of the Heathcote region. The grapes are handpicked and fermented in small open fermenters, which allows more oxygen exposure to extract more flavour and aromas during fermentation.
Displaying classic varietal bouquets of black-current, this wine carries through to the palate. Small French Barriques are used, which provides subtle and delicate tannins. Enjoy a bottle of our 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon with a well-marbled beef or homemade beef stroganoff.
